2 weeks in
It's been 2 weeks into the non grain diet. I haven't lost any weight. Down a pound up a pound. Which I am disappointed about.
However, I am feeling a lot clearer in my senses and I am sleeping deeper than I have in a long time. I still like going to bed late...so I am a bit tired in the morning.
I'm hoping the weight loss will kick in. I want to go back 20 lbs. like I was 2 years ago.
I've been spending most of my two days off a week making breads, muffins, wraps, etc. Without grains... I really don't want my whole free time to go to food prep. That's something I'll have to work out. That could end up being a big downfall to eating this way all the time. ??
